What is your Mother’s Day tradition? Mine starts with pretending to sleep-in while my thoughtful husband and two lovely kids “sneak” out to pick up my favorite donuts and mimosas (I mean, coffee). While lounging in bed a extra few minutes, I smile with anticipation of my special day! Upon my families return, I am ambushed with snuggles and heart-felt, homemade gifts from my kiddos. My husband always honors me with that special something I have been eyeing; usually a bag or a piece of jewelry. After all the lovely presents and mimosa’s, we head off to brunch to relax and laugh with friends and family.
