Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address or returned package may be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and clearance purchases are governed by our Returns & Shipping Policy.
Items marked Clearance or Final Sale, gift cards, and custom or personalized merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly at benchhomesandiego@gmail.com and include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
